The Grand Wailea Resort’s Camp Grande is a fun, spacious and friendly mini-resort for kids 5 to 12 years old. The 20,000 square foot facility is designed to accommodate the whim of every child and their parents. Fun and exciting activities range from learning to play the ukulele and dancing hula, to playing ancient Hawaiian lawn games, kite making and storytelling.
A minimum of 3 children are necessary to operate Day and Night Camp. Please call Camp at least 24 hours in advance to register. Morning session – 9AM to 12:30PM: Kids begin with a “friendship circle” so that they can meet fellow campers and get to know their counselors. Activities may include sand-sculpting contests, guided tide pooling and reef exploration, nature walks along the beach, swimming, relay races, games, arts & crafts, and scavenger hunts.
