Here's a reminder of our Payment and Cancellation Policy​

Payment and Cancellation:

Full payment for your rental is due prior to delivery of the vessel. We accept all major credit cards, Traveler’s checks, or cash.

All cancellations must be in writing. The $250 confirmation deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable for a period of one year. We do require that you inform the company in writing of any cancellations prior to 72 hours of your scheduled rental otherwise we reserve the right to bill the full charge. Please note that your payment will appear on your billing state as that of our parent company, Aloha Outdoors. We highly recommend that you only submit a booking when you are certain that a cancellation is very unlikely.
